[REVIEW] Beauty of Joseon – Silky Moist Cleansing Foam

I never had a chance to try any product from Beauty of Joseon until today. This is my first time trying a product from the brand. So I thank Blingdear and Beauty of Joseon because this cleansing foam came in the right time when I was struggling on finding a perfect cleansing foam.

Product description

Moisture cleanser with rich and elastic silk essence micro-bubble foam, containing extracts from cocoons, mulberries, and mulberry roots to softly wash off makeup and impurities and to keep skin silky smooth.

Capacity: 120m / 4.05 oz

Directions

Take a proper amount onto slightly wet hands, lather enough and massage. Rinse off with warm water.

Packaging

I love how simple the packaging is; with pastel blue and white plastic tube.

Color 

Kind of a milky white.

Texture

When the brand named it ‘Silky’, it really is. It’s REALLY soft.

Scent

This Silky Moist Cleansing Foam has slight to a soft scent reminds me of a baby soap.

Performance

This cleansing foam is not thick at all, it’s lightweight and cloudy in appearance. I love that the fragrance stands in the very last of ingredients. I personally don’t like a product that contains a strong fragrance in it.

I have been using this as a first cleanser in the morning and as a second cleanser after cleansing balm at night. I dampen my face and put a small amount onto my palm, lather it with water and it lathers quickly. I was surprised. The feeling on the skin is very mild and gentle. Foam feels REALLY soft on my skin, makes me enjoy every single cleansing process, beside of its soft fragrance that I love.

The directions said to rinse with warm water, but I personally don’t like to wash my face using a warm water, so I use a regular water to rinse it off.

My skin feels smooth and clean after patting dry. There is also a brightening effect on my skin afterward; maybe because it’s totally cleaned. My skin doesn’t feel dry and tight at all; something that is rarely obtained from a cleansing foam. Now I can safely say that my skin loves it since the first day of using it.

Conclusion

I LOVE this. I don’t mind using this two times a day, every day. It’s very gentle, has silky foams, left your skin clean without stripping its natural oil.

I wouldn’t mind repurchasing this. I also have no problem giving this product my recommendation.
